USER AGREEMENT

Last updated: September 2026

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Becoming Her Coaching website, application process, and coaching programs — including in-person coaching in Phoenix, AZ, online coaching, nutrition coaching, and posing coaching — provided by Becoming Her Coaching ("Becoming Her," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, submitting an application, or enrolling in a program, you agree to this Agreement.

Coaching Services

Becoming Her provides custom training and nutrition programming, weekly check-ins, daily habit tracking, and direct messaging access with your coach, delivered in person or through the Becoming Her app. Specific deliverables are agreed upon at enrollment and confirmed during onboarding.

No Guarantee of Results

The "Becoming Her" Program provides the tools, resources, mentorship and strategies that will help you transform your life in positive and impactful ways. We cannot legally guarantee any specific results. Any results achieved are entirely dependent on how hard you work and your level of commitment to what we teach. All testimonials you see are real women who have gone through a program we offer and who have adhered to our methods. We do not build you for you. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

Not Medical Advice

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified health provider before beginning any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You agree to disclose relevant health conditions during onboarding and to stop activity and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Your Responsibilities

As a client and site user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in your application and check-ins;
  • Follow the program as designed and communicate honestly about your progress;
  • Respect scheduled sessions and arrive prepared for in-person training;
  • Use the Becoming Her app and any materials provided only for your own personal use.

Payments, Enrollment & Cancellation

Program pricing, billing schedules, and refund or cancellation terms are presented and agreed upon at enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only after your discovery call and completed onboarding. If you need to pause or end your program, contact us and we will work with you in good faith under the terms you agreed to at sign-up.

Intellectual Property

All program materials — training plans, nutrition guidance, videos, app content, and the Becoming Her brand and website content — are owned by Becoming Her Coaching and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website or our communication channels, including by submitting false applications, harassing staff or other clients, uploading malicious content, or attempting to disrupt the site's operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becoming Her Coaching, its coach, and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in any program, including but not limited to injury, financial loss, or lack of results. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to programs or the website if you materially breach this Agreement. You may stop using the site at any time; sections that should survive termination (such as No Guarantee of Results, Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
